Migrated Pantone's Contentful-driven content system from injected vanilla JS scripts with race conditions and MutationObservers to type-safe Next.js server components — powering 107 articles, a global promotional banner, and a promotions page across 10 multilingual sites.

Designed and built a custom internal admin dashboard for Pantone, hosted on the BigCommerce storefront and gated by customer group permissions — bypassing the complexity of the BigCommerce app ecosystem while giving employees full CRUD access to dealer data, licensee records, validated products, and URL redirects.

Built a dynamic URL redirect system for Pantone's headless Next.js storefront — because BigCommerce's built-in redirect tools don't exist for headless. Includes a Control Booth admin editor and Next.js middleware that handles 301/302 redirects across 10 multilingual sites.

Designed and implemented the complete international SEO infrastructure for Pantone's headless Next.js platform — 28 region-locale combinations, bidirectional hreflang tags, canonical strategy, per-locale sitemaps by content type, and a single-config architecture where adding a new market requires one line of code.

Rebuilt Pantone's flagship color search tool from scratch — twice. First in vanilla JS to rescue a 50% traffic loss, then as a Next.js app within a BigCommerce headless stack serving 10 multilingual sites.

Built Pantone's dealer locator from scratch in 2017 and maintained it through three map provider migrations (Google Maps → Bing Maps → Azure Maps) before rewriting the entire system from vanilla JavaScript to Next.js components with custom hooks, AWS Lambda, and Aurora.
